Current status

Specific cancellation windows, fees and refund percentages are TODO — they will be published here once our legal entity, bank and payment provider are confirmed (see BOOKING_FLOW.md). We will not invent figures in the meantime.

Because no request is charged automatically, you can always ask about flexibility for your specific dates before confirming anything — just mention it in your booking request or message us directly.
